Sacha Fabry
Principal Consultant (Influence)

Sacha Fabry is the principal consultant for G3 Consulting. After several years of intensive experience leading a not-for-profit organization in an executive capacity, and holding a certification as a professional governance director, Sacha Fabry is currently working to accelerate the growth of Squamish businesses as director of business development and sales.

Sacha has successfully led organizations through lobbying government for increased access to post-secondary education for First Nations youth, for more affordable transportation for university and college students across the province, for the development of stricter policy respecting sexual violence and misconduct across the advanced education sector, and for substantive changes to the student loan framework.

In doing all of this, Sacha prides himself on his pragmatic and non-partisan approach to working with policy-makers. (And if you’ve ever had the temptation to talk lobbying or advocacy over a game of chess, you definitely want to be contacting Sacha.)

Christopher Girodat
Principal Consultant (Governance)

Christopher Girodat is one of the lead consultants with G3 Consulting, bringing with him a decade of experience in management and executive level roles, including in the non-profit and advanced education sectors, as well as big-box retail. Chris is currently the executive director of the Capilano Students' Union.

Chris has led employer organizations through collective bargaining negotiations (including for initial collective agreements); established comprehensive occupational health and safety management systems; organized conferences, including a four-day conference for student-focused nonprofit professionals, with nearly 200 delegates from across Canada; and led boards through substantial organizational overhauls, bylaw revisions, strategic planning process, and other complex governance challenges.

In addition to his passion for good governance and effective relationships between boards and executive directors, he is also passionate about his Neopets (don't laugh), good board games (actual board games -- not board politics), and good food.
